As a small business, ShOvation is committed to assisting our customers, many of which are also small business owners. We understand that the current situation with COVID-19 has put business on hold for many of you and those who are continuing classes are doing so using online technology for remote learning and rehearsals.

Although the exact date as to when large groups will be able to gather is unknown, the fact remains that at some point, we will be able to gather and shows will be held. ShOvation will be here for you when you are ready to hold your shows. 

We realize that during studio closures and online classes, rehearsals are being missed which may result in postponement of performances. It is very simple for us to change performance dates and update ticket sales start dates to a later date. In the event that tickets go on sale and the event needs to be postponed, with our HTML technology, all issued print-at-home ticket links will be automatically updated with the correct date and time when the patron prints them after the date is updated in our system. It will be simple to update issued tickets and all ticket holders can be assured that their ticket is valid in the future. (Please note that this applies to performances in the same venue.)
