ShOvation now allows patrons to purchase optional ticket insurance at checkout. Patrons can add it to checkout for protection against unforeseen cirucmstances such as illness or injury.

Patrons who purchase the ticket insurance at checkout will receive an email with a link if they need to file a claim. No need to contact the studio or event organizer or ShOvation. You will still receive the ticket proceeds from the sale at settlement.
