In order to serve you better, we are constantly improving our platform by listening to your feedback and implementing cutting edge technology! Our enhanced customer service call center will improve your ticketing experience and that of your patrons who are purchasing tickets.
New Call Center! - ShOvation now has a customer service call center - in order to simplify customer service for our customers and their patrons, ShOvation has implemented a call center for customer service. As such, email requests for customer service will no longer be accepted. Customer service hours are daily from 7 am to 8 pm PT. These expanded hours make it much easier for ticket patrons to receive assistance.
- With implementation of the call center, all customers and their patrons will have a universal policy of all ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Performance exchanges allowed for a service fee of $4 (which has been outlined in our ShOvation resources sent out with event links since 2012). This policy will help maximize the ticket sale revenue of our clients and simplify the policy for all parties involved. We are very excited to offer this excellent service which is unique in the ticketing industry. Most ticketing companies do not allow exchanges of any kind.

Other Important ShOvation Features
- Keepsake tickets Patrons now have the option to select keepsake tickets via US Mail at checkout. There is a $4 service fee to have thermal tickets printed and mailed to an address specified by the ticket patron. This option is available until 7 days prior to the event. Print-at-home tickets are the default option and remain complimentary as they have been since inception.
- ShOvation accepts PayPal in addition to Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. This results in increased completed orders at checkout since a percentage of ticket purchasers prefer to use PayPal over a credit card online. It also gives patrons who do not like to use credit cards an alternate payment method.
- HTML Print at Home ticket The HTML link is updated real time and delivery errors are eliminated because there is no need to resend tickets. Results in decreased user error on day of show and increased revenue potential with advertising opportunity.
- Responsive mobile design during the ticket purchase process. Results in decreased checkout times and increased ticket purchases.
- Streamlined checkout process Provides visual cues to guide patrons through checkout. Each step receives a green checkmark when complete and reduces the number of clicks to purchase tickets.
- Guest checkout option For orders that make a payment, even faster checkout with fewer clicks than our streamlined checkout process.
- Pricing code restriction Limits the number of discounted, comp and other types of tickets that any one patron can receive during the entire online sale period.
