Al-Qaeda's media branch, As-Sahab, has released a new 15 min 40 sec video statement within which the terror network's leader, Ayman al-Zawahiri, successor to Usama Bin Laden, calls on followers to "mobilize to every field of jihad" in order to liberate Palestine and to expand the scope of battle to reach those enabling Israel, including Washington and Moscow. 

( It is unlikely Zawahiri was calling for strikes specifically targeting the cities of Washington, DC and Moscow, but more generally the U.S. and Russian Federation. )
