This new video from the Islamic State's al-Hayat Media Center features an injured American jihadist fighter calling for attacks in U.S.. The speaker identifies himself as 'Abu Salia from America.'

In the rant, Salia issues threats to President Trump, calls on “brothers with limbs or no limbs” to “get a knife” or “take advantage of the fact you can easily get a rifle or pistol” in the U.S., and to “answer the call, rise and strike."

New coordinated policies with major social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitter and Facebook have copies of these videos being deleted soon after they appear in an effort to reduce widespread circulation of jihadist propaganda. In turn, this creates challenges for AlertsUSA in being able to point subscribers to a location for viewing without you potentially ending up on a list.

AlertsUSA is working with law enforcement partners to establish mechanisms through which such media can be stored and shared with subscribers without creating problems.
