This happens to a lot of people with different things...
You worry too much about something, to find out in the end that there was no reason to worry.
If you're worried about something right now, I want you to stop.
If you can't stop it, try to pause it for couple minutes, and repeat that few times.
Purposely distract yourself with a different positive activity.
Play a game, read a book, do something fun, try to meditate.
Worrying it's a negative feeling. And if you want to feel good, replace negative feelings with positive feelings by changing your thoughts.
And how you change your thoughts sometimes it's by changing the activity or starting a new activity that gets you positive feelings.
Makes sense?
Stop thinking what if this goes wrong or goes bad...
Think about what if it goes right and goes good?
You gotta learn how to stop worrying and how to stop attracting negative thoughts, negative emotions and negative feelings in your life.
Because thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions. And the type of actions you take will get you that type of results.
