Subject: common methods actually repel high-ticket buyers

If you'd like to get more of the kinds of clients who expect to pay a premium fee, see great value in what you offer, and will be empowered and not someone who is a complainer or a negative person…

...here's something to consider:

1. Making it all about you

This is a common mistake for people who don’t understand content creation and marketing.

They always create all their content about themselves.

They like to flex their income, lifestyle, the things they buy etc.

It is even a mind blowing fact that most of the people flexing on social media have less than 10% in their bank of what they show you they’re making.

These are the types of people that only want your attention and money.

While this used to be attractive between 2014-2019, after the pandemic people learned that most social media influencers are faking it.

So even if you’re a high producer, big chunk of people will repel if you’re only doing that (flexing).

Don’t be the me-me person.

It’s easy to get carried away sharing your results, especially if you are a high-producer. But you gotta learn to do it strategically if you want to make it be as effective as possible.

2. Having too many call to actions in your content

“More call-to-actions = more leads = more buyers!”

Have you heard that saying before?

If you’ve been in the make money online industry or learning from different unqualified creators and gurus, you’ve probably heard that a lot.

The truth is, Call-to-Actions will bring you leads and clients.

But what is also true, if you’re doing it in all your content pieces, or just too often, you’re going to repel all the people that just needed just another piece of value content before they pull the trigger on your offer.

Learn how to balance between value, story, and offer and you’ll always be on the profitable side of the table.

3. “Doing it just to get it done” quality type of content (just like everyone else)

I’m even guilty of this on my own.

Just because I had a busy schedule, I would create published content just so I don’t skip posting.

And almost every time, that piece of content was just as bad as you can’t even think.

If you’re feeling tired, or didn’t get the time, don’t force yourself.

Just take it into the next day, and create a valuable piece of content that your audience will want to engage on it, or even share it with others.

That’s way smarter than trying to force a piece of content.

I try to keep my vocabulary clean, but there is no better explanation than this:

“Content it’s just like a fart. If you have to force it, it’s probably gonna end up being shit”.

4. Hiding a lot behind the curtains

I don’t know about you, but when I’m reading an email or watching a video, I expect ton of value.

And sometimes, I end up watching or reading something that’s 10% value and 90% selling or garbage.

This is highly annoying and it repels high-paying buyers.

If you want to attract real buyers, don’t be afraid of giving too much value.

Stop listening to people that say “you shouldn’t give too much value for free”.

This is even funny to believe because people are so busy overconsuming content from 100 different people, and they don’t even apply free information like before.

This is why most people don’t succeed.

This is also why you shouldn’t worry about giving so much value, because people don’t even remember everything they consume.

On the other side, by giving more than your competitors, you are going to attract far better clients because you’re being seen as a value provider.

And by demonstrating this on a consistent basis, you actually become one even if you weren’t before.

5. Not being 100% transparent

I don’t believe in 50% or 70% or even 90% transparency!!

Either you’re a hundred or you’re not.

I see a lot of new marketers trying to position themselves as an expert and faking some of their results.

While this may help you get a client or two, it's going to bite you in the butt in the long run.

When people find out, they’re going to repel, and even spread the bad news with more people.

You haven’t got a result yet? - Be transparent!

You haven’t learned everything yet? - Be transparent!

You haven’t invested in a mentor and are learning everything from a course? - Be transparent

High-ticket buyers will smell your BS from a mile, so be transparent not just because of them, but because of who you want to be as a person even outside of business.

That being said, I hope you enjoyed this email and got a ton of value from it, and I’ll talk to you soon.
