I recently shared the bad news inside my Facebook Group.

I told them that me and my family have been infected by the covid-19 (corona virus).

My dad got infected at work, and then easily spread to us.

It's been really challenging and tough. (we are recovering and feeling a bit better already)

However, I don't let the virus push me down, and I'm staying on track.

This week I will be doing a new training, but I'm not sure yet what exactly will be.
