Hey whats going on? Serj here...
I know I've been quiet for some time, but today I spent all day planning and thinking how to provide more value for free to folks like you on my email list.
So here's what I came up with...
I'm starting VIP Monday Email Series (VMES) where every Monday I'll share with you few things:
- Actionable tips you can implement to get results in your business (or start one from scratch without making all the mistakes most begineers make)
- Powerful stories that inspire, motivate, or send a powerful message to help your business.
- Hot News and new methods - basically things that are hot right now on the market and what works the best currently for beginners and advanced marketers.
So for today, I thought I’d get the ball rolling with 4 steps I followed that helped me start and run a successful online business.
I learned this from my mentor Zach years ago, and it changed my life forever.
And now I want to share all these things with you, because one of the thing he told me thatI'll never forget and always follow is
"Be the mentor you always wish you had when you were starting out or when you were struggling!"
So without further ado, let’s jump straight into it!
STEP #1: Decide if you really want to make money online!
It sounds really basic, right?
I mean, duh!
But it’s a really important factor to whether or not you’re gonna have a successful online business.
Most people fail because they dive into this game with the mindset "I'll try and see if it works"
That's an employee mindset, and as it simple as it sounds, its true. You can't run a business with an employee mindset.
But when you decide to commit your free time and effort to start your online bisiness, everything starts to change without you even noticing.
STEP #2: Make that committment
If you do the first step right, the second step becomes a little bit easier.
And when I say commit, I mean be consistent and stop stopping.
Most people start and constantly take breaks or jump into something else.
You can't build a momentum like that.
Momentum is build by a consistent acurate action!
Is it easier when you have a mentor keeps you accountable and shows you the right things to do from the get go?
Absolutely yes!
But you gotta keep in mind mentors' job is just that. To show you the right path, and keep you accountable.
It's not to do the work for you. You're the one that needs to committ to doing the simple tasks consistently.
STEP #3: Take massive action
This step is also very crucial but yet again very cliché.
I know a lot of people who spend a lot of money on a training program and then forget about it.
Or others who watch a lot of videos on affiliate marketing but never take action on it. And I get it.
But the best ways to learn are through knowledge and experience. So once you get the knowledge, you have to take action on it.
That’s the only way you can make progress in your business.
STEP #4: Pay the price now, so you can rip off the rewards later.
People always tell me: “Serdjim, I want to be successful. I want to make $10k a month. I wanna drink cocktail on an exotic island and watch my business poor money into my bank account”
But when I ask them if they’re willing to invest the time and money to be able to achieve that….
**cricket noises**
I always get amazed by those people who want everything for nothing.
Or never want to pay any mentors for their knowledge and support.
Yet, they would take another loan to throw into a college education that will leave them with a piece of paper and no job guarantee and average income that barely covers bills and food only
And of course a debt you need to pay off in the next 10-30 years.
Listen.
If you want to generate passive income, you have to invest your time, energy, and money upfront.
And get paid for that investment later in the future (it’s just like any other investment)
So you need to be willing to invest your time to work towards your goals.
And, you also need to be willing to invest your money into the right training program to learn a simple high income skill set.
And if you’ve got these 4 steps on lock, there’s nothing that can stop you!
So there you have it.
As simple as these 4 steps sound, these are the 4 steps you need to start a successful online business. :)
