Reflecting on Two Decades at SEED... 💭

Today we celebrate ‘Mama’ Tsina’s 20th year with SEED. Rising through the organisation to become Deputy Director, she has witnessed incredible change across SEED and Madagascar’s south. In this blog, she reflects on two decades of progress, from women’s empowerment to programme and team growth, while also acknowledging the challenges that remain and what more needs to be done.

This is not a team, this is family...,” she says, a sentiment that

inspires us all to call her ‘Mama’.

Join us today in celebrating all that Tsina has helped SEED achieve

over the past 20 years, and read the full story below.

Thank you, Tsina, and felicitations! 🧡
