Closings
Closed sales dropped down to $8.5 million from $14.5 the prior week. The sales were dominated by fixer uppers, as evidenced by the weighted average year of construction of 1987. The average sale was just over $1.4 million and $335 per square foot. The 

New Listings
There were 17 new listings this week, ranging from $600k to $9 million. J
ust a couple of listings that are worth highlighting:
