Closings We didn't publish last week, so reporting on 2 weeks data. There were $45.5 million in closings, consistent with the strength we've seen in recent weeks.
The average price dipped below some of the highs we've seen lately, at $1.4 million and $336 per square foot. The weighted average year of construction was 1981.
These statistics indicate strong demand for homes to be remodeled or torn down. Listings
There are 18 new home listings this week, ranging from $875k to $6.1 million.
