The average price was just under $1.2 million as people continue to be drawn to the value of fixers and teardowns. The average price per square foot was $332. New Listings 17 new listings ranging from just under $800k to $3.7 million. Two of the new listings are already under contract, a sign of the fast pace in this high season. There are a couple of standouts for value and/or quality, and thus worth visiting sooner than later: Spectacular Views in Guard Gated Community This 4,900 square foot home in Clearwater Hills was very tastefully remodeled.
