Closings Very slow week as we approach the holidays, with just $4 million in closings. Since there were only 3 closings we shouldn't read too much into the statistics. I'll dive into the numbers of the next 2 weeks of closings after the holidays. New Listings
There are 14 new listings this week, ranging from $950k to $6 million. Just two standouts that I would recommend seeing sooner than later:
House on 3 Acres at Bargain Price Located in guard-gated Clearwater Hills, this 3.18 acre lot with panoramic views is offered at just $2.3 million. There's a Spanish style home on the property now, but it's likely that the buyer will either tear it down or do extensive remodeling.
Camelback Country Club Estates Charming, warm remodeled home in a desirable neighborhood. 4 bedrooms and 4,300+ square feet of interior space with room to expand on this flat acre+ lot. Offered just under $1.8 million
