This was a record week in Paradise Valley with
13 closings and 17 new listings.  The triple digit
temperatures are apparently not stopping anyone.

2 properties sold at just under $500 per square foot,
and the average was $337 psf -- well above the
2011 PV average of $267.  A strengthening market
indeed.

My top picks in this week of hustle and bustle:

If you are a fan of contemporary, as I am, then stop
what you are doing and tour this home.  I haven't
seen a turn-key contemporary of this quality under
