Paradise Valley.  6 of those transactions were on market less
than 60 days, with 2 on market for just a couple of weeks.
Given the fact that  Paradise Valley has the most expensive
real estate in Arizona, we've gotten used to transactions taking
a long time.  Clearly, that's no longer the case due to our low
inventory levels.  Quality properties at fair prices sell quickly.
