Good morning Friend,

Only 6 new listings in Paradise Valley this week,
with 9 closings, one of which was on market for
only 3 days before being snapped up.  Thus, the
inventory continues to shrink...

To be frank, there's nothing this week that leaps
out and says "must see now."  There are 2 new
builds, 1 short sale that's already under contract
even though it's only been on market a few days,
and 3 homes that have potential but aren't stellar
for their quality nor price.
