It's hot hot hot in Arizona and many Paradise
Valley buyers are spending their summer in cooler
climates.  So, as usual activity is slowing down.
However, we did have 6 closings last week, and 6

build a sport court or guest house.  If you've been
looking for a turn-key new build, this is worth
consideration.  Offered at just under $2 million.
