There was another bump in inventory this
week as homeowners who had been sitting
on the sidelines realize they can sell their
homes for prices that won't make them cry,
quite a change from just 2 years ago.

Closings Last Week
There were $12 million in sales last week,
4 homes at an average price of $3 million.
Average price per square foot (psf) was up
substantially at $552 vs $360 the prior week,
continuing the trend from the previous week.
Prices ranged from $460k to $8.25 million.

New Listings This Week
This week's 16 new listings are quite different
from last week in that 100% of them are 
traditional sales, vs. the cornucopia of distress
deals that hit the market last week.
