Our Patroness, Saint Gianna Beretta Molla, was a model wife, mother, doctor, and devout Catholic. Her daily life consisted of attending mass each day, tending to her patients in her medical practice, nurturing her husband and her children, and daily prayer with the family.
In keeping Saint Gianna's model Christian life in our hearts, we would like to present to our subscriber's the 9-day Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and we hope you will join us in praying this novena to Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus was started and made popular by St. Margaret Mary Alacoque. She was inspired by the visions of Jesus to spread this devotion. This was a favorite prayer of Saint Padre Pio, and he prayed it every day. Below are the Novena prayers for the Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
