How's your day??

My day is going well except for the fact the I have been teaching music for over 15 years and every single teacher that I have encountered I discovered talking with them that they have never taught on how to transpose chords or notes to their students. 

And...

Many of them are performing students in bands, they know the notes but when they encounter a time for transposing, they go blank. 

The music key for the singer is to high and they have to change the tune to a lower key. Then the musicians are always baffled and complain that they don't the tune in the lower key. 

Dude, it happens all the time in the music world and pretty pweaze don't let it happen to you, unless your'e a drummer. =)
