Here's a quick lesson if you live in the states that I didn't learn from our wonderful education system.
The Fourth Amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Lesson:
Don't let any cops or government official search or enter in your home or personal property for any reason unless they have a signed warrant by the judge. If you let them in, you gave away your rights.
I remember learning this amendment in history class, but was never taught on how to use it. Thanks, Mr. President. =)
