It’s official!
QE2
After the roaring success of the ABBA tribute night a couple of weeks ago (some people picking holes in the fact that there weren’t two bearded blokes on stage doing nothing and missing the point of the evening being a party night??????), we’ve lined up the next one………..
QE2……..one of the country’s top tribute bands, on April 16th 2016, again at Marchington village hall from 7.30pm with a suitable rock orientated disco in support.
And for the more anal amongst you, yes there are four of them, yes it’s a live band playing instruments and they are great, don’t believe me- visit them on Youtube!
Tickets will be around the £12.50-13.00 mark and will be on sale soon due to public interest and demand!

Marchington Music Club
This coming Sunday sees the long awaited return of Uttoxeter’s favourite sons….SHAMUS O'BLIVION & THE MEGADEATH MORRIS MEN!
For those who have never seen them and are not in the know if you come along and see for yourselves you will never think of Morris men in the same light again. Complete, usually, with rhythm sticks!

The music club always tries to bring you top quality acts and a wide spectrum of musical genres, the new years presentations are underway and feature a heavy mix of firm faves, brand new acts to the club and a few international touring acts thrown in for good measure, watch this space………….
