Hi again!


MARCHINGTON MUSIC CLUB (SUNDAYS FROM 5.30PM)

Another great night last Sunday courtesy of the SOUL FUNK JUNKIES who had everyone bopping. 

Hopefully we’ll get them back again soon!

This coming Sunday, we welcome THE JIGANTICS who are a five piece band from the Gloucestershire area. 

The line-up is Mark Cole, vocals, squeezeboxes, mandolin, harmonica, mandocello. Rick Edwards, guitars. Keith Thompson, guitars, harmonica, mandolin and vocals. Sarah Kelly Ukulele, flute, vocals. Martin Fitzgibbon drums, vocals, percussion.

The band are multi instrumentalists who frequently swop instruments on stage throughout their set and share lead vocals, as well as four part harmonies.

Following Sunday SHAMUS OBLIVION returns so expect mayhem and high jinx!!
MOD & MOTOWN NIGHT

Saturday February 10th MARCHINGTON VILLAGE HALL

Time is ticking (just over a week to go!!!!)

Our next major presentation at the Village Hall is going to be another sell out I’m sure, over 120 odd tickets already sold.

Tickets now available from the local shop and the D&P, get in there my son before they all go and you have to resort to calling up to see if
there are any cancellation tickets because you left it too late!!

Silicone Taxis most of you will already know from their varied selection of covers gigs that they peddle over 80 times a year at various venues!

On this occasion they will treat us to just over an hour’s worth of classic Motown covers!

Going to be a great night and only £8 in advance!!

MARCHINGTON MELEE 11 BEER & MUSIC FESTIVAL 

Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th March

Possibly the only beer festival we will be doing in 2018, so it’s got to be a good one so we have pulled out all the stops!!

On the Friday expect some brilliant Americana with close harmonies from the excellent FLINT MOORE & BYRNE

As its a steak night we have decided it’s business as usual with a few fancy desserts!
