Only 4 weeks to go, and as mentioned in previous mail outs we will bring you updates and biogs in coming weeks.
This week we bring you the bumph on DREAMS OF FLEETWOOD MAC.
The front members form a duo for our festival (to allow for slick change over to the headlining act GLORY DAYS (SPRINGSTEEN TRIBUTE)) on the Friday night to hopefully make things run a bit smoother.
Needless to say they will feature all the hits and even some from the early days when the band were considered a blues outfit!
Here’s a bit of a biog-
…….Phil Kirwan has played and sung with various bands in the Birmingham and Nottingham areas since the ’70’s
5 years ago he met up with Sue and they began performing as a duo….mainly in the country rock idiom….Alison Krauss etc
These last 12 months they have formed a 5-piece Tribute to Fleetwood Mac…”DREAMS”
Significantly they can also do Fleetwood Mac as a Duo
They perform songs from the PETER GREEN era up to RUMOURS and beyond, covering the songs of LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM, STEVIE NICKS and CHRISTINE McVIE
All delivered with a nod to the original back story and more than a hint of humour!
