Please note that this feature is only available to numbers registered with campaigns. You can configure each auto response individually or do a mass update for multiple numbers at once. Additionally, there is a default message for each auto response, but we strongly encourage you to customize and update them to be specific to your company and use.
The auto-responses available are opt-in messages, opt-out messages, and help messages.
- Opt-in and opt-out messages will be triggered when a client texts the standard commands of "start" or "stop," respectively.
- Help messages will be triggered when a client texts "help."
- You can include links in the message to provide additional information or resources to your clients.
