How to Setup a Department

Departments Help Your Company Stay Organized

Departments are important for your company both in the office and in the RingByName App. We have built in many useful department features to help your team stay organized and keep open lines of communication with your customers. For example, whenever you add a user to a department, his/her phone will ring with the rest of the users. You can choose weather to have them all ring at once, or ring in a specific order. Other options include the ability to add hours to the department, rollover calls, or record all calls for the entire department. Each department can also add their own voicemail box and custom voicemail message.
