My Activity is exactly what it sounds like, it shows all the recent activity for your extension or direct number. Team Activity allows you to see the recent call events and actions of your colleagues. |

The activity stream allows you to display:
· Outbound calls
· Inbound calls
· Missed calls
· Faxes
· Note updates
· Shared events

In The RingByName web application, you can see the tabs for 'My Activity' and 'Team Activity' to the right of 'Call Presence' on the far right of the screen under 'Active Queues'. |

To access the activity stream click the top left icon on the home screen and select the option of "My Activity" or "Team Activity".
