Where Do I Find The Feedback Form?
The feedback form is available from every screen in the web app. Once you login to your RingByName account at login.ringbyname.com, you will see a white star at the bottom of the screen to the far right in the footer. Click on that star to start the survey.

The first thing the survey asks is "How likely would you be to recommend RingByName to a friend or colleague?". |
|
|
Then it will ask you why you picked that score. If you choose to do us a favor, you can post your reason to Twitter in the next few options. |

|
|
Once you are done sharing to Twitter, if you choose, click next and you will see the feedback thank you screen with the option to help us decide what to add next. Click on that button to share what features you would like to see added in the future. |

Help Us Decide What To Add Next
In the second part of the survey you will be asked to choose between two new feature options. You can "Pick" one of the features and choose if you want to receive updates about it by selecting "Pick + Subscribe". Once you you have selected a feature, you can see how many other people want this feature and how often it is chosen as the winner between the two feature suggestions provided. |

If neither of the suggested new feature options appeal to you, you can choose to "Skip this set" to see more suggested features. When you're done suggesting or voting on features, click on the 'x' on the top right of the survey window to close it. Please make sure to pick all the features that would be helpful or beneficial to you or your business. |
