• Open up our RingByName mobile application on your Apple iOS or Android device.
• Locate the “Conference Call” Icon at the bottom of the home screen and click on it. This action will take you to the Conference Call area. All scheduled conference calls will show up here.
• Click on the “+” button to add a new conference call to the calendar. This action will take you the screen where you add all the details of your desired call.
• Add a name for the conference call. This is to make it easier to locate and monitor.
• Add the start/end dates and times for the conference call.
• Click the “Save” button to save the details for your call. This action will prompt another screen to open.
• Select the co-workers that you want on the conference call here.
• If there are people who you want to invite to the conference call but they are not an employee of your company, you can send them an invite to the conference call by adding their external e-mail address on this screen as well.
• Click the “Invite” button to send out these invitations to your co-workers.
• A confirmation message will be displayed to let you know that your call has been scheduled!
