Communicate with Your Team Efficiently
RingByName prides itself in helping you communicate better in all aspects of your business. We have included many features that help you communicate seamlessly with your clients and customers, but we have also included features to allow you to communicate with your team more efficiently. The Announcements are displayed in the middle of your RingByName call presence screen, making them easy for everyone to see as soon as they login to start making or receiving calls for the day. Its a quick and convenient way to update your staff about announcements, events, or rewards. |

The Announcements feature allows you to broadcast events, make announcements or have helpful conversations

Where Do Company Announcements Appear?
When users log into their web application, any Announcements will appear in the center of the application.

From within the Announcements area, the company announcements will appear in the center column adjacent to Missed Calls and Voicemails.Users can read full announcements by clicking on the "read more" link under each article.

To return to the main page from the bulletin article, click on the "Home" icon located near the top of the screen.

How Do I Add New Announcements?
There are two types of users, Admin and Regular, each with different permissions and access. While both user types will give you access to the RingByName applications, only the Admin will allow you to add a new Anouncement.
On your RingByName home page click on 'your name' at the top right hand corner and choose the option "Go To System Administration".
• Click on "Announcement Center" in the top navigation bar.
• Select "Add Announcement" located just under the Search box button. |

• Enter a topic name and content for your post. Make sure that the article is enabled to make it visible on the main page.

|
• Click "Save".
Alternatively you can uncheck the "Enabled" box and click "Save" for any announcements you want removed.
