It's Richard Duncan here. I have received all of your messages about not being able to access the Macro Watch videos. And I have replied to all of them. In fact, I have replied using three different email addresses of mine. They all seem to be going into your junk mail because you don't seem to have gotten any of them.

So, today, I am trying something different. You are on my Get Response mailing list. So, I am sending you a message through Get Response this time. When you reply, write to me at my personal email address: rduncan35@hotmail.com

A few other people have reported a problem accessing the videos, similar to the issue you are experiencing.

Later, one of those guys wrote to me again and said that he was able to access the videos if he used a different Browser.

Please try that.

Open a different Browser than you normally use. Go to the Macro Watch home page.

If you are logged in, you should log out.

Then log back in.

Then enter your password MANUALLY. If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link and it will send you a new one IMMEDIATELY. If you don't receive it, check your junk mail folder. It will be there.

When I get your email I will reply to you within 24 hours. So, if you don't receive it, check your junk mail folder. In fact, you should check your junk mail folder every day because, based on my attempts to reach you, a lot of emails are going into your junk mail folder.
