IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE SMS PACKAGE

 thank you for using our SMS services (booking notifications for guests and waiters). At the same time we would like to inform you about the upcoming changes to our related services.

Changes to the SMS package

 Fairplay and transparency are key for us. That's why we are switching SMS services to a pay-per-use model from September 29, 2021.
 This means you only pay for the SMS messages you actually send. This puts you in control of your spending.

Please contact our support for the changeover. Alternatively, you can set up the service yourself by the deadline of September 29, 2021.

What is changing about the SMS package?

With the changeover on September 29, 2021, billing will be based on the SMS actually sent ("pay per use"). Each SMS message will be billed at 9 cents.


For efficient cost management, you can set an individual monthly budget in your account. In addition, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification as soon as the costs exceed €25 and €50 in a calendar month.

What happens without my involvement?

After September 29, 2021, SMS services will be automatically shut down. This means that the sending of booking notifications and reminders to guests and waiters will be discontinued.


To continue using the service under the new pay-per-use conditions, simply reply to this email or activate the feature yourself in your resmio account by the above mentioned deadline.

How do I activate the new SMS service?

It's quite simple: Log in to your resmio account from September 29, 2021. Click on "Facility account" in the left bar (icon in the middle) and then on "Notifications" (see image above). Alternatively, simply reply to this email.
