In this issue, we report from the recent Worldwide ERC Global Workforce Symposium in Washington DC, for which Re:locate was media partner, on key current challenges for global mobility.
Our USA focus continues during November via the new Spotlight feature on www.relocatemagazine.com and in our Re:locate Extra USA Special, out next week. We also cover the findings of a new global-mobility survey, the launch of the third round of the Government’s Regional Growth Fund and its implications for inward investment across England, and a CIPD study which reveals that a hierarchical approach to talent and innovation may have negative effects on growth and talent retention in Asia. Our education articles consider the huge growth of international schools across the globe, and why the UK’s Boarding Schools Association is calling for overseas pupils to be removed from government immigration figures.
Don’t forget to book your places for the fabulous Re:locate 2012 Networking Charity Party on Thursday 29 November, to celebrate the end of a great year for Britain and the relocation profession's support of The Jubilee Hour. Full details below. |
