National STD Billing and Reimbursement Toolkit Now Available!

The National STD Billing and Reimbursement Toolkit, developed by the Region I STD TAC in collaboration with all nine other regional STD TAC Training Centers, is now available.  The toolkit is designed to help guide STD clinics and public health laboratories through decisions about  whether to bill or enhance billing efforts for STD-related clinical and laboratory services, and how to develop billing policies, procedures and systems, initiate contracts with insurance providers, enhance coding capacity and manage revenue cycles.
