"The changes in my life since I have started have been remarkable. Areas of my life that have been so rooted and stuck, that I really never considered tackling because they presented themselves as "the way things are" became malleable as a whisper and easy to up-level to new behaviors. I'm not saying it hasn't been a "ride" but even with the ups and downs it feels like a rather smooth and natural unfolding. I can really see how the "gross" level areas of life need to be shifted before diving into the subtler realms. I think this is why after years of meditation, silent retreats etc. it still felt like Groundhog Day. I am very grateful for your work. Thank you."
