My voice is back, and "Healing Grief & Loss #2," will be held this Saturday, September 25, at 11 a.m. EDT.
Many are grieving the loss of an individual, but many more are grieving the loss of their entire way of life.
In this session, I'm going to speak a bit about the disorientation of losing more than just one person or animal companion, although that, in itself, can be very disorienting.
Once again, we'll use The Emotion CodeTM 1 to help you release some of the emotions of the grieving process.
In this class, I'm also going to be encouraging those who wish to do so to share a bit about the grieving process and what they have found to be helpful.
In the upcoming class/healing session, the focus will be more about loss of situations as well as loss of an important person (including animal companion) in your life.
