Our Animal Companions and the Last Full Moon.
Dear Friend,
Did you feel the waves of energy that arrived with the full moon last Sunday? It really began at least 3 days before the moon was completely full. Nevertheless, on Sunday, the arrivals were intense.
Your animals felt it, too. Having an animal in your home, in your life, can assist you to notice the shifts and become more aware and more awakened.
Last Sunday, I visited my friend, Kim Vanderworf's farm and Thai cattery. (Thai cats are the original Siamese/Burmese/Tonkinese/Korat/and other colors.) Many of the cats and their kittens have soul connections to other realms and star systems. They're arriving now to assist us in the next series of shifts.
So there I sat among these sensitive, intelligent, healthy, magnificent beings while riding a roller-coaster of space/time expansion and contraction as the intensity of the energies continued to intensify throughout the day. Everything was "revved up."
I settled in to enjoy the energy ride in the presence of the cats. I watched kittens playing and I cuddled with some of the adults. How were they handling the rubber-band effect of the energies?
Some of the cats were exploding with energy while others were doing their best to stay grounded and calm. Some were grounding the energy for the others, for the Earth, and for humanity. Kittens were playing or sleeping. Mothers were nursing and grooming their babies.
Sound like a typical day at a cattery? Maybe. But that's only true if you looked on the surface.
As the frenetic energies continued to pour in, the cats were demonstrating how to ride the waves.
When you learn to ride the waves, you have a better experience than when you try to resist or control the waves. Most of the cats were riding the waves of energy and simultaneously grounding it. Very cool!!
What were your animals doing on Sunday? How were they feeling physically? Emotionally? How were YOU feeling during this ride? Confused? Joyful? Fearful?
Many people and animals had strong physical and/or emotional reactions for several days following the full moon. After all, the full moon at perigee was following by an eclipse the next day that was a blood moon. Many of us are still experiencing the integration of these energies with lots of "ascension symptoms." The acceleration has once again been shifted into a higher gear. Faster, faster, faster we go!
It is wisdom to observe what animals do during the big energy shifts and how they balance themselves. Their remind us and help us to remain calm, take deep breaths, ground ourselves, meditate, and create sacred space so we can learn to ride and integrate the waves.

Ride The Energy Waves
Maybe you don't think of yourself as a surfer. Maybe you don't even consciously feel or sense the spiritual waves. It doesn't matter. Your intention is enough.
Set your intentions:
- to ride the waves.
- to ground the energies through your body.
- to be in the now moment.
- to be flexible and open to receive.
- to allow yourself to be carried by the waves.

Ask and be open to receive.
Ask to be supported and encouraged.
Ask for guidance in each and every step.
Be fully present.
The waves will carry you in their perfection.
