I am pleased to announce that Quallo has partnered with Berean Associates, of Lagos, Nigeria, to provide mediation and ADR training resources in West Africa. Berean is a leader in the dispute resolution field and will collaborate with Quallo in the provision of qualitative training and resources. All Quallo services will be provided through Berean, who will program and administer Quallo's offerings throughout the region. In light of the Singapore Convention on Mediation Settlements arising from Mediation of Cross Border Disputes, it is important that practitioners develop competency to provide world class services to parties.
