Not a great second week in BetSoccerPro and I promised you full and frank updates, good or bad, so here goes.
First off, let me say that as someone who has been a betting man for all of my adult life, I would be simply amazed if I followed a system that never had losing periods and so the fact that I had a loss in week two with this neither worries me or surprises me. It's early days.
The best way (only way) to judge anything in this arena is based on its long term performance and its far too early for me to read anything into this.
What encourages me, following this losing week, is the way that the BetSoccerPro team take ownership of the bad weeks. Their Telegram update pretty much says it all:
"Not the weekend we/I was hoping for... not a disaster but certainly not great either.
A lot of analysis to be done tomorrow and hard work to see where we can improve this poor run, I need to run some scenarios because its night and day from last season and makes no sense whatsoever.
The algorithm hasn't changed, football hasn't changed, betfair hasn't changed so we need to look at ways to decrease the variance and smoothen the ride, I have a few ideas.
Appreciate the support as always, never our intention to let anyone down and there will be some form of help in terms of the cost until we deliver what you expect....thats all I can say at this time and that we will continue to work as hard as possible to put the bad run right."
There isn't anything I can add to that other than to say that overall, I'm £46.90 down and looking forward to the results picking up and, of course, what they have in mind with regards to the comment about "some form of help in terms of the cost".
