This is just a message to reach out and assure you that I am thinking about everyone that is suffering in any way through this horrible period. Many people do care and many are here for you should you need any assistance that they are able to offer.
To many, the current state of our World seems to be a problem that is just too big to handle. And the urge to simply crawl under the table and wait until it is all over, well, that is hard to overcome. But this is not the end. It is a crisis, sure, and it is a horrible thing to observe and live through but, as is always the case when the normal rules don't seem to apply any more, there are silver linings to be found amongst the dust and debris.
When change is forced upon us we do not react in a positive way. None of us ever do. It is said that people resist change. That, in my experience, is not so. Change is a natural part of the order of life. Change is movement and, if we are not moving forward, we are simply dying a slow death. And it is as natural to us as breathing itself to want to move forward. It is only when change is thrust upon us, uninvited, un-looked for and without compromise that we tend to react badly. But once the change happens, whether it is looked for or not, we have the most amazing capacity to adapt and begin to move forward again. It is in this way, once we realise it, that forced change can lead us to make decisions that transform the rest of our lives. The best opportunities for me have always come after a time of great loss and some suffering.
I feel grateful and blessed that I have always been (well for 30 plus of my working years) independent of any wage-slave system. I have always created my own economy and thus, working from home is not a change for me at all. It is strange to stop doing some of the things outside of the home that I enjoy but I realise that these restrictions are there for our own good and they will pass.
All pain and discomfort will end eventually and the secret to what happens next is entirely down to the decisions you make right now. And it is never too late to decide to change the way you earn and to decide to work from home and play by your own rules. You will never get a better opportunity to change everything. It is no surprise that many more people than normal are looking for ways to earn from home. Inexpensive ways to start out with their own business and so on. I have been asked more frequently than ever before what it is I do to make money and why I do it. I would love to answer that I am some extra smart individual that knew what was coming but that would be an out and out lie.
All I did, all I have ever done, was make a decision to play by my own rules and not be a victim of external forces. There are some things we cannot control but deciding how we make money and how we look after our family is something very much in our control. Once you realise that money is no more than a tool and it comes to you if you look for it, then the fear of failing at an enterprise soon goes away.
The fear of going it alone is always the unknown, the "what if" it goes wrong. Well, everyone out there right now has 100% proof that the security they thought they had from the "job" was all smoke and mirrors anyway.
I, like everyone else, have things I do worry about. Mostly I worry about other people. I worry about my family and my friends and sometimes the state of the world and I particularly worry about the mess that our politicians and leaders make of our economy and our so called rights and freedom. But I never worry about money. I have enough or I do not and if I do not I apply myself to finding more. Strangely, I have found that it is only when you stop worrying about money that the money seems to come to find you. I feel for anyone right now who is frightened and worried about how they are going to pay their bills and get by moving forward and I say to anyone who doesn't know what to do next. Find a good home-based business opportunity where your own actions make the difference.
Start making your own rules. Help anyone you can and offer good service and the sky is, literally, the limit and there is no danger of it falling!
If I can help anyone with advice or I can be a distant shoulder to lean on, I am here and I ask nothing in return other than you do what you can to remain safe and healthy.
