As the year comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to check in with you and say 'thank you' for being part of our community this year.
December can be a beautiful time, but it's also one where routines change, stress increases, and the body is often asked to do a little more than usual. This is completely normal - and a good reminder to support the body rather than push it. Here are a few gentle reminders to share at this time; Prioritise rest and hydration Keep movement light and consistent Choose whole foods where possible (not perfection) Support your nervous system with breathing and pauses Be kind to your body - Consistency matters more than intensity.
Small steady support goes a long way !
Looking ahead to January Will be about setting routines, not fixing everything at once. I'll be sharing simple guidance to help you transition smoothly into the New Year feeling supported and grounded.
Remember if you need support during the holidays or want to start the new year feeling stronger, I'm always here as a resource.
Wishing you a peaceful, restorative holiday season and a strong start to the new year together with the mindset of the Future of Living Well.
With grace, strength and Support 👐 |
