When do you start to get what you need in life? When you decide to start!

The value of intentional pursuing our goals and what's important to us - what struggle are you sitting with at the moment that you cannot shift?


Modern living brings a major increase in interest of wellness, as people seek to counter the negative effects of stress, chronic illness and the sense of chaos and confusion. What's the answer exactly? What do people actually want? and what would it be worth for you to know?


Feed your mindset with the right reason to move you - What would it be worth to you to feel the calm, clear and strong you? Knowing yourself and where you are heading and why. When you get your best health situation - what will you do with it? Who will be the most affected because of it?

Something I've learnt is "we become responsible for our lives the moment we realise we are responsible" - I know that can be hard to accept, however, understanding that we have CHOICE - we can choose where we place our time, energy, focus.

  1. Prioritise your physical health - embrace movement - dance, cycle, walk, start your morning with a simple lymphatic massage - see my facebook routine

  2. Stay hydrated - drink good water - try coconut water too

  3. Eat better foods - with the high price of foods - choose wisely
