An idea from me | a helpful resource | and a question for you | A Special
One of the most valuable observations I can share 'you have the ability to choose which way you want to go'.
Everyday we face various situations where we can select one course of action over another, influencing the trajectory of our lives. The concept of free will, which suggests we have the capacity to make conscious choices, is central to this idea. This power of choice also implies responsibility for the consequences of our decisions. I say now that "we are responsible for our lives the moment we realise we are".
Do we choose things in life, or does life choose it for us?
I think it's a bit of both. The more clear we can be to understanding our values, why they are an integral aspect of our lives, how they guide us, towards that which we feel we can apply our skills, talents and creativity, the more we attract that which we really want!
A helpful resource;
Now understanding this - imagine being open to becoming familiar with the education around helpful strategies that give us the opportunities to decide upon and create the life you actually want. The mind controls much of the body, we are complex systems and people do better when they have faith that they can and are going to do better.
When you have the resources, the validation, the plan becomes clear - and you know what you have to do to place yourself in a better situation. Applying our energy, time, commitment and resources into what is within my power and what I can influence seems to make more sense right?
Ben Carson, professor of neurosurgery, paediatrics and past Director of Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions, author and the famous surgeon, says "you don't have to be a brain surgeon to be a valuable person". He came from a poor and challenging background, however, through his education, his willingness to learn - he was inspired - to do and be his full potential.
