June 25th - July 1st

I hope everyone is enjoying the course so far this season.  My staff and I are working hard to provide the conditions expected by our members on a daily basis and as play continues to increase and summer stress on the turf picks up there are a few things you can do as golfers to help maintain healthy turf conditions.

If not operated properly, golf carts and pull carts can greatly impact turf conditions and the overall health of the course.  Here are a few guidelines to follow:

1.  Always use the 90 degree rule on fairways when operating golf carts.

2.  The green and white stakes by the greens are a reminder to keep carts away from the greens and back onto the cart path.

3.  A pull cart with a golf bag can weigh up to 70 pounds and with narrow tires the lack of weight distribution will damage stressed turf.  Please keep all carts at least 30 feet away from all greens including pull, electric, self-following, etc

Thank you and I always look forward to seeing you on the course!
