To our valued members - a quick note of explanation as to statement balances
December Payments: The November statement you received only reflects activity on your account through 11/30/19. Therefore if you made a payment in December, it will be reflected on your next statement. As always, if you would like to confirm that payment was properly applied, please call the business office.
Pool Only Members: Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to send out update forms in a timely manner. Since we'd had several people inquire about signing up, we decided to send 2020 billing to last year's members. We wanted to give them the first opportunity to rejoin, as well as take advantage of the discount. The discount deadline has been extended to the end of January , but if you do not plan to return in 2020, simply email or call the office.
