Subject: Facility Improvement Update

 Greetings,


Your Board of Director’s would like to update you on the schedule of the upcoming planned capital improvement and renovation projects for the Pines Country Club. You may expect multiple updates as things progress.

The capital improvement and renovation projects include the following:

  • Construction of a short game practice area and improvement of the driving range
  •  Demolition of the existing pool and related facilities followed by construction of a new  pool and related facilities including changing rooms, showers, bathrooms and snack bar
  • Renovation and enlargement of the existing halfway house with the inclusion of a snack bar
  • Renovation of the cart building including heat, lighting, drainage, roof and the addition of work and storage areas
  • Addition of signage and other fixtures/devices to provide for improved traffic flow and safety

In order to minimize inconvenience to our members, work on the above projects will start simultaneously during the first week of September 2022, with an eye towards completion in the spring of 2023. You will begin to see preliminary preparations, including the staging of materials and construction equipment near the cart building in the months leading up to September.
