Due to a slight miscommunication in the development of the Pines 2021 electronic renewal contracts, some unintended language was included:
Acknowledgment of Risks Section: "as a result of negligence or breach of contract by the Pines", and Release and Indemnity Section: "whether caused by negligence or breach of contract".
If you have already completed your renewal contract we will strike through the above language. If you would prefer to void the original contract and sign a new one please email the business office.
For anyone who has NOT already completed the renewal contract we will be sending a new one with the above language removed.
