| 2021 Annual Membership Renewal Contracts
Attention current members
Your 2021 Annual Membership Renewal Contract will be arriving between the dates of November 2nd and November 5th in the email address you have put on file with the Pines. For ease of submission it will arrive via the program DocuSign, so please check your spam and trash folders as well. You do not need a DocuSign account to complete the contract. Simply click the link provided, and you will be able to review, make selections, and sign all required documents. Members who have already committed to 2021 as part of their 2020 membership will receive an email confirmation of their continuing contract, with a request for any necessary information.
Renewal Contracts are due by November 25, 2020. Our golf membership for the 2020 Season has hit a record high, and to secure your membership at the Pines, a 2021 renewal contract must be signed. Please be aware that the Pines will only hold membership spots for returning members until December 31st. Starting January 1, 2021 we will begin accepting applications for new memberships to fill any remaining spots available.
No payment is due with the renewal contract. Your dues for 2021 will be billed on the November statement, mailed by November 11, 2020, and due by December 31, 2020. Please note that the discount for the annual payment option expires 12/31/2020, and if you select this method, payment in full must be received on or before December 31, 2020.
