Subject: Congregational Meeting report

“By the name of our Lord Jesus Christ… be united in the same mind and the same purpose.” 1 Corinthians 1:10

Dear Pilgrim Members,

Let us fulfill the prayer of St. Paul to be united in mind and purpose as we gather for our Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 25th at 11:45 am.

This meeting comes at an important moment in the life of our congregation. We need your prayers and input as we grow into our mission to gather, prepare, and send ALL as leaders for God’s mission in the world.
During this year’s meeting, we will:
1) Lift up 2014 ministry highlights
2) Vote to approve proposed changes to the bylaws that will reflect our move to a July to June Fiscal Year.
3) Look ahead to our ministry plan for 2015, including voting to approve our January to June 2015 Budget
4) Elect new members to our council, Endowment Committee, and Delegates to this year’s Synod Assembly

We hope that you will make it a priority to be there.

And in the meantime, please review this book of reports, the proposed budget, and the list of nominees. Doing so will help you learn about all of the great ministry happening in and around Pilgrim!

In preparation for our Annual Meeting, we are holding a forum on Sunday, January 18th at 11:45 a.m. in Maring Hall. This forum gives our members a chance to ask any questions or to express any concerns regarding action items on the agenda.
